Every Averelé order is thoughtfully packed by hand in our New York studio.

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. During product launches, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: Flat Rate 
  • Free U.S. Shipping: Orders of $85 or more

At this time, Averelé ships only within the United States.


Returns

We hope you love your Averelé purchase.

Due to the nature of skincare products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is a problem with your shipment, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll be happy to help.

Please include your order number and photos of any damaged items when contacting us.


Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

If your package appears to be lost or delayed, please contact us and we’ll gladly help you work with the carrier to locate your shipment.
